Unexpected results change law firm from a skeptic to a strong supporter

Law firm with 90+ attorneys rules in our favor

Several factors contributed to a New England law firm's decision to have Consultants from Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA) review its office supply and printing expenses: Bernstein Shur Sawyer & Nelson's well-regarded entrepreneurial spirit; the “very positive” referrals the firm received before signing on; and ERA‟s “no savings-no fee” business model.

Nonetheless, the firm was skeptical — up until the time the results came in. That's when Bernstein Shur asked Consultants to review additional categories and sent a letter to other law firms, a bank and a large insurance company, encouraging them all to use the services of ERA.

From Bernstein Shur's letter of recommendation:

"We received very positive referrals and I am happy to say that we were pleasantly surprised with the results...Based on the unexpected positive results, we will identify more expense categories for ERA to Examine. They have a staff of professionals for several expense categories...If they are unable to identify any savings, there is no fee." - Julie W. Gerard, COO of Berstein Shur Sawyer & Nelson
