Leading law firm in mid-America calls ERA expertise to the stand

Stored records would fill a building 100 feet long, 40 feet wide and three stories high

Frost Brown Todd (FBT) has 450 attorneys in nine offices in many of the metropolitan areas of Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky and Tennessee. The law firm used several vendors for off-site storage of its more than 119,000 cubic feet of records.

FBT partnered with Consultants with Expense Reduction Analysts (ERA) to handle a records management project of this magnitude and complexity.

Thorough analysis leads to savings

ERA records management experts began by analyzing FBT’s historical storage growth, transactions and other services such as on-site/off-site shredding activities.

Next, they assessed day-to-day operational charges, permanent withdrawal and account closing fees, liquidated damage compensation, transportation costs, implementation charges and other industry factors.

Ultimately, ERA experts negotiated a contract that included highly favorable terms and conditions.

"ERA's results exceeded all our expectations." - Jason Cebe, Records manager for Frost Brown Todd
