As an accomplished executive with senior management operating and consulting experience across multiple industries, cultures and continents, John has tackled a variety of complex strategic and operational improvement challenges successfully. He has leveraged his extensive experience in finance, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and supply chain management to deliver notable results to companies and clients, applying excellent analytic, negotiation, continuous improvement (shop floor Kaizen) and teambuilding skills. John’s high-integrity drive and enthusiasm, along with the ability to interact seamlessly at all levels of an organization, promotes a leadership style that inspires confidence and collaboration.

 

John has designed and implemented plant turnarounds, led due diligence efforts, and facilitated integration and outsourcing initiatives. He established and led procurement and logistics activities for multiple plants with an annualized spend of $350 million, creating efficiencies leading to tangible cost and quality improvements.
